If you choose this delivery method, you can pick up the goods at one of the LP EXPRESS 24 self-service terminals. During the purchase, you can choose the most convenient terminal location for you. After the delivery of the package to the terminal, you will be informed by SMS, which contains the PIN code, which you will be able to pick up the package after entering into the terminal. Parcels are stored at the terminal for 72 hours after delivery. You can pick up the goods from the DPD Pickup point or terminal within 7 calendar days. If the ordered goods are not picked up within this period, they will be returned to the seller.
