RETURN CONDITIONS

Return and exchange of goods

1. The return of goods purchased by the buyer is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On approval of rules for sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication", 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items", except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. In order to return the product(s) based on Clause 1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller through the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reasons for the return .

3. When returning the goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

4. The Seller has the right not to accept   the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in Article 3.

5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.

6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.

7. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account, except in cases where the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.

8. In all cases, when returning the goods, the buyer delivers the goods to the Seller's office at his own expense.
